Steve Rokoszewski is a financial services executive with more than 28 years of experience building, scaling, and leading distribution platforms across asset management and private markets industries. As Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Sightbridge Capital Partners, he is responsible for driving the firm's distribution strategy, enhancing advisor engagement, and building the infrastructure to support scalable growth across the private wealth channel.
He is best known for founding and leading Anchor Advisory Services, where he spent over a decade building a national, tech-enabled distribution platform designed to help asset managers expand their reach and deepen advisor relationships. Anchor was acquired by Praxis Solutions in 2024, with Steve continuing as President of Praxis Distribution Partners, combining high-touch outreach with modern technology to deliver consistent, measurable growth in advisor engagement. His work centered on solving one of the industry's core challenges: how to effectively connect investment managers with financial advisors in an increasingly competitive and fragmented distribution environment.
Before founding Anchor, Steve held progressive distribution leadership roles across leading asset management firms, where he built and led high performing distribution teams. He began his career as a Financial Advisor with PaineWebber, giving him a foundational understanding of the advisor mindset that continues to inform his approach to distribution today.
He holds a B.A. in International Relations with a minor in Public Policy from the University of Southern California and previously held FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.
He is a devoted husband of 25 years and proud father, who enjoys spending time with family in Huntington Beach, CA. He is an avid cook and a loyal fan of USC athletics and Boston sports.
