Our Story

Who We Are

Sightbridge Capital Partners delivers institutional-quality tax-advantaged real estate programs to the U.S. private wealth channel.

Our Purpose

A new standard for tax-advantaged real estate

Sightbridge Capital Partners was founded in 2025 in Santa Monica, CA, to deliver institutional-quality tax-advantaged real estate strategies to the U.S. private wealth channel.

We work directly with advisors at wirehouses, independent broker-dealers, RIAs, and family offices, providing the diligence, distribution infrastructure, and solution design they need to put client capital to work with confidence.

Raise the standard of tax-advantaged real estate investing and deliver programs that meet the standards sophisticated investors should expect.

Our Approach

Principles that guide the firm

Principle 01

The advisor relationship is the foundation.

Better outcomes for clients depend on the strength of the advisor relationship. Every program, every resource, and every service decision is built to support it.

Principle 02

Alignment runs through how we structure every program.

From compensation to risk sharing to long-term servicing, Sightbridge is set up to align its interests with the investors and advisors it works with.

Principle 03

Transparency by default.

Fees, terms, and conflicts are disclosed plainly. Advisors and their clients should know exactly what they are evaluating.

Principle 04

The experience matters as much as the investment.

Subscription, reporting, responsiveness, and problem resolution shape how advisors and investors judge a program over time. Sightbridge treats each with the same rigor as the underlying investment.

Principle 05

Institutional discipline is the baseline.

Programs built for the private wealth channel should meet the same standards institutions demand. That applies to asset quality, underwriting, structure, alignment, and reporting.
