Katie Peterson is a national accounts and distribution executive with 15 years of experience in the alternative investments industry. As Managing Director, Private Wealth at Sightbridge Capital Partners, she helps lead the firm's go-to-market strategy, home-office and platform relationships, due diligence engagement, and field enablement across the private wealth channel.
Prior to Sightbridge, Katie served as Head of Retail Distribution at StratCap Securities, where she oversaw relationships with home-office due diligence teams, product and marketing leaders, and key platform decision-makers. She led efforts to onboard selling groups, support due diligence, and equip field sales with the messaging, materials, and training needed to drive adoption.
She also served as Senior Vice President of National Accounts at Cantor Fitzgerald Asset Management, elevating product visibility through executive-level relationships and coordinated marketing and due diligence engagement. Earlier, she was a Due Diligence Coordinator and Senior Supervisory Principal at Questar Capital (acquired by Woodbury, part of Osaic), where she led new-business suitability and alternative-investment due diligence.
Katie earned a B.A. in Communication and Journalism from the University of St. Thomas (St. Paul, MN) and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 52, 53, and 66 licenses. Katie resides in New York, NY.
