
Kamil Poltorak is a real estate investment and capital markets professional with 13 years of experience in the finance industry. He specializes in multifamily and net lease investments, portfolio strategy, fund structuring, and tax-advantaged real estate programs, with transaction experience spanning more than $4 billion across acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and portfolio management activities.
Kamil previously served as a Vice President at Cantor Fitzgerald Asset Management, where he played a key role in the growth of the firm's real estate investment platform across DST 1031 and 721 programs, non-traded REITs, and institutional real estate strategies. During his tenure, he contributed to the structuring and launch of more than 40 private placement offerings that raised in excess of $2 billion in investor equity and supported portfolio management, valuation oversight, liquidity planning, and capital markets initiatives across a multi-billion-dollar real estate platform.
His experience includes underwriting and executing multifamily and net lease transactions, leading portfolio and NAV analyses for a non-traded REIT structure, evaluating complex capital structures and debt facilities, and developing financial models for institutional and private wealth investment vehicles. He has also worked extensively with 721 UPREIT structures, Delaware Statutory Trust programs, and Qualified Opportunity Zone strategies.
Prior to his real estate career, Kamil held finance and risk management roles at Barclays Capital and J.P. Morgan, focusing on equity derivatives product control, market risk reporting, and quantitative analysis.
Kamil currently advises real estate sponsors and investment platforms on fundraising strategy, portfolio analytics, financial modeling, and tax-advantaged investment structures through his work with Sightbridge Capital Partners.
He holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Pennsylvania State University and an M.S. in Quantitative Finance from Fordham University.
