Jay Frank is the Founder and CEO of Sightbridge Capital Partners, an institutional firm focused on bringing tax-advantaged real estate programs to the U.S. private wealth channel. He has spent more than two decades building and scaling private markets platforms across real estate, infrastructure, energy, and credit, and has led teams responsible for more than $35 billion in capital formation across Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) 1031 programs, 721 UPREIT structures, Opportunity Zones, REITs, business development companies, interval funds, and related structures.

Before founding Sightbridge, Jay served as President, COO, and Head of Distribution at Cantor Fitzgerald Asset Management, a division of Cantor Fitzgerald that he co-founded in 2015 and grew to $16 billion in AUM. Under his leadership, Cantor launched more than 60 investment products, including the first '40 Act private infrastructure fund, among the first Opportunity Zone programs, and a top-five DST 1031 platform with 721 UPREIT capabilities.

Jay has been at the forefront of the DST market since its inception, overseeing the structuring and distribution of more than 50 DST offerings representing over $4 billion in real estate. In addition, he launched one of the industry's first institutional DST platforms with a 721 UPREIT contribution feature.

Jay serves on the Board of Directors of the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives (IPA), where he chaired the 2023, 2025, and 2026 Capitol Hill task forces advocating for the extension and improvement of the Qualified Opportunity Zone program. He sits on the editorial advisory board of Real Assets Adviser and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences.

Jay holds a B.A. in Business Economics with an emphasis in accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and previously held FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 licenses.

Jay lives in Santa Monica with his wife and two daughters. He is an active supporter of Happy Trails for Kids, a Los Angeles nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of foster youth across LA County.
