Any effective methodology for deploying change follows tried and true steps; the plan, do, check, act cycle has been with us for 70 years and it works.

Our methodology of Adaptive Advocacy utilizes an underpinning of PDCA to develop and deploy a solution that involves People, Process, and Technology and yet adds nuances that focus on insuring people are engaged. The stages of our process are:

As we progress through each Process Stage, we take on different Process Roles. To be truly effective our role cannot be one that takes over and does everything for you. You and your people must engage from design forward and own the solution. A solution includes the mandate development communications, processes, tools, software systems, system for management, etc.

During each Process Stage we transition our role to insure knowledge is transferred and ownership is accepted. We believe our roles to be that of:
